THE STRAWBURB

(Completed in Spanish Valley, Utah in 2020)

At Community Rebuilds I lead the collaborative design process for two new home designs that make use of natural and ecological building techniques and that can be constructed with interns during a semester. These new designs provide visual variety while maintaining compact floor plans and fitting into the current feel of the street. These homes were then built at a rural site south of Moab. Final facade materials were chosen by each homeowner.
